Kind of late but that guy with the brain leaking wasnt actually in Brazil. It happened in Paraguay, he was a soldier trying to stop a prison riot and he was killed. He was 30 years old, and was called Martín Mendoza.

I found it in a Brazilian page, but sometimes nearby countries and regions usually share news with each other. I have several sites where combine paraguay with brazilian news, other wich combine ecuador, venezuela and colombia...

Sometimes (not usual) is it is difficult to know exactly where the event really occurred and I usually attribute it to the country where the source website is from.
