Beaten up in underpants

Thought this was the 'Hanged in Pants' guy at first. Don't think it is, though he's go similar taste in underwear. Brutally beaten in a cell - at one stage he's forced to take his unders down (shame they black-out the criucial area!), at another looks like they're prodding up his ass with a baton.
Not nice for him, hope he survived.
This won't be everyone's cup of tea, hence description. Watch or not, your decision.
