Hello my friends. I wanted to take a moment to thank to everyone here. CDG has been my second home for several years now. I have met many fantastic people, seen many great things, and shared my heart as well as had hearts shared to me.
When I say that CDG is my second home, I mean it. I don't have a lot. And I am unable to do much in my offline life. I am stuck at home all day. So my computer life IS my life. CDG has been a safe haven for me. My friends here, aside from two offline friends, ARE my friends. I value each and every one of them. Friendships are the most important things you can have in life. Fame, fortune, material things, all mean nothing. But friendships matter.
I wanted to say a couple special thank you's.
Arrowman: You and I have had many discussions. We don't see eye to eye on many of them, but that has never stopped us from being friends. Whether it is religion, or philosophy, we have always debated with the idea, that once we are done we return to the lighthearted friendship we share. I thank you for that.
JMsidious: Even though we haven't talked much in a while, I wanted to thank you for being one of my first friends here on CDG. We share an understanding of what struggle can be in everyday life. That is something many people can't see eye to eye on.
Stustustugoo: One of my newer friends here, but one of my closest as well. You have been a friend when I needed one most. That is something that is a value of friendship that is the most cherished. You are a good man with a good heart. I look forward to our continued friendship as we get to know each other better.
Meatpie: It is impossible to express the appreciation I have for you and everything you have done. Without you this site would not be, and without you I would not have been here this whole time. Whether you realize it or not, I value you and your friendship. We haven't always seen eye to eye on things, but that has never stopped me from loving you as the friend I consider you to be. You are the heart of CDG and you hold a very special place in mine.
I just wanted to say a few words here to express my gratitude to you all, and everyone here. I look forward to see how CDG will grow and I look forward to see how my friendships new and old grows.
CDG is a place filled with death, but it is the most alive and beautiful place I know.
