I found this escape artist fail a couple of years ago while browsing YouTube. Thought some other hanging fans might enjoy it. Be warned, it's from a tv show so there's a massive delay before the good part, he has clothes on and they cut him down way too soon. Fast forward to around 4:30 for the good part.
