16-yr-old Daniel Fernandez was killed when he stuck his head out of the emergency hatch of a double-decker party bus just as it went under a highway overpass. Officials would not say anything about how he died other than "massive head trauma." No shit.

News reports describe teens covered in blood, one with a bloody shirt he refused to take off. One tweeted, "Sitting here with your blood on my foot wishing this was all a bad dream."
