Shot dead just for packing sand.

This happened a couple of months ago. A soldier was alleged to have shot an unarmed civilian dead over the issue of the young man packing sand near a military base in Kaduna State, Nigeria. Online report at http://www.tori.ng/news/64581/soldier-shoots-man-dead-for-packing-sand-near-mili.html

Some of the soldiers are probably using the innocent civilians for target practice. Any excuse will do to pick them off for fun.
