There must be many gay people in China too (about 10 % of the population).
So there must be places where gay people meet (in secret no doubt, but still there must be!).

Hi zegrab, and welcome - I've ot seen you here before.
In the UK discrimination is much less now than when I was your age - then being gay was illegal, now discrimination is illegal and our Prime Minister is actively in favour of gay marriage (btw - I'm not an admirer, but he's got that right!).
There are plenty of chinese guys re, sme living in China and some moved overseas - I'm sure some of them will talk to you and maybe help.
