I need some help guys. Please tell me if you like this. I hope this get published as a book because no publisher I submitted it to liked the idea of my poetry... So I am doing my best to save and finance the printing. I need your support whatever they can be.
My best unpublished work is about necrophilia and cannibalism. It is a poetry book with some short fiction and also some illustrations I made myself because I am an artist/painter too. This book is entitled Sarsenet Sarcophagus and I am very choosy to pass this. What I can say about my book is that it is very unique in how it portrays cannibalism and necrophilia as forms of love and romance and especially obsession. My poems are not at all violent or gory but may be somehow erotic. Here is a sample from my manuscript:
Drought
If only I can be
What you always want to be -
The green grass above you
So I may always tell you stories
And perhaps, sing songs too.
I will always be there for you, but
Lover, you became the grass
Before I even had the chance
To taste you: and it hurts,
Knowing underneath my soles,
You become another.
You are possessed by others
And I can no longer share
With you this placid landscape.
Or the strain of the drizzle drops
Against my windowpane.
The rains and storms shall nourish
You now. You shall love them
Better and more than me. I no longer
Make you thirsty.
Roast
You may think I am sick
But your meat on a stick
Feels so slick in my mouth
Like your dick:
Remember
How you come so quick
That the flames die with you.
They never burn you enough.
But here, baby, the coals
Still feel pangs for you.
A roast you are, my stew.
Haikus:
Holy Host
Often I partake
Of you and this scares me so:
I may not let go.
Dung
How things end this way,
You become globes rolling along
Beetles pushing down.
Linen
These white strips stretch far -
They hide your wounds from the stars.
A relic, you are.
Please tell me if you are interested to read more. I also write fiction and other poetry. Or do you have some themes in mind? I am very flexible. I can write anything and I have a collection of work ranging from speculative, magical realism, romance, suspense, horror, comedy, erotic, transgressive, magical realism and even invented my own genre called Plagiophilia.
