A 45-year-old man cut off his own penis yesterday in Brazil after finding out his wife cheated on him.
Pics and video are proof. Police and ambulance arrived shortly after these pics were taken and the man was taken to hospital where he went underwent emergency surgery and is now said to be in stable condition.
