Lester Llapitan shot to death

At 10:30 PM on August 10, 2017, a married man named Lester Llapitan was buying corn from a store in Barangay Naddungan, Gattaran, Cagayan, Philippines when the killers approached him. He tried to run away into the rice field when the suspects finally shot him to death.
