Do you suppose it would help to fill the empty body cavity with something to reduce the risk of being stabbed by rib bone? I think it would be a great application for the expanding foam from an aerosol can like that used to insulate houses. It would fill uniformly and then firm up. Just sew up the incision and insert the tube down the throat. It would probably be good to fill empty brain cavities as well although it might not be stiff enough for penile use.
