An entrepreneur would look at these bodies as an opportunity. Being that they are criminals, they should be treated as nothing more than meat. Maybe even less than that. These bodies could be given to the entrepreneur who would take them away to an undisclosed location. A live Internet feed would be immediately scheduled. Then, with the world watching, they would auction off the privilege to order some act to be done to any one of them.
Another way might be to list a number of heinous acts for a certain cost. People will be invited to send in money toward any particular act. When the target dollar amount for a particular act is reached, it is carried out.
It is perverted and will be condemned by all sorts of moralists. But, there is always an ample supply of perverts and the moral it is condemned, the more free publicity the website will get.
Properly marketed, the entrepreneur stands to make a heck of a lot of money while providing a disposal service for financially taxed governments as well as a deterrent. Those who break the law could end up as the next piece of meat on the table.
Moralists may condemn it. But, they don't have to look at it. Do they? Just another brain storm......maybe just a drizzle.
