A disgruntled worker killed his boss and wounded nine others in a morning shooting spree on Aug. 24, 2012 on the crowded sidewalks outside the Empire State Building, cops and witnesses said. Jeffrey Johnson, 53, wearing a business suit and carrying a briefcase, pumped a pair of fatal bullets into one victim near the 33rd St. entrance to the skyscraper.

It was good there were a lot of armed police in the area who were able to dispatch the shooter quickly.

Unfortunately, the cops were poor shots as some bystanders got shot by them as well
