Dead Hunk in Mexican Movie

This movie obsessed me for years, the way the "foresnic" put the corpse of of the water is very hot to me, in the movie the killer get away with murder and nobody cares for the dead hunk, the detective get ride of the body so the kiler, a rich boy ,can get way with his friends to keep partying.

By the way the name of the movie in spanish is: El llanto de la tortuga wich means The Cry of the Turtle
