From the film The Wind That Shakes the Barley cute Irishman Cillian Murphy is executed by firing squad. I find it especially hot when he forces himself to fight down panic when they tie him to the post.

Yes, very beautiful scene, not the least because the CDG is a handsome fit Irish lad. I expect his executioner is a friend or relative not seeing this film before. Thanks for the post

Excellent guess on the executioner. Not that I want to give away too much. The film won the Palm d'Or at Cannes in 1996 and is really worth seeing. How often do you see a Palm d'Or winner with such a CDG?
