Hey fredbear - yes I see what you mean - but he is definitely dead, and cited as part of a spate of 'executions' - over recent weeks. Sometimes these killings are done by suffocation - binding the mouth and face with duct tape - or plastic bags - with the hands tied behind the back. The report does not say how he died - but he clearly has tape/plastic around his head - so maybe that's a possibility

Further info fredbear - to try and answer your interesting question - I am fairly certain he was shot in the head - though this is not in the report) - Look at the closeup below, and you will see trails of blood running from his head. I am 90+% sure this answers your question - but for accuracy - some caveats. This is an extreme enlargement from a small image - the image has been 'smoothed' to get rid of the jpeg artifacts present from enlarging a small image. Then various filters have been applied to selectively isolate and oversaturate red colors - and this is the result. These process, while very useful, can be misleading - but have a look and see if you agree or not with my conclusions. - jon
