Another suspicious death

The body of a youth was seen floating in water, 50 m from the edge. Police have announced this might be a suspicious death, and not a drowning. The suspicious steel wire around his neck and his ankles, and the two suspicious holes (which are possibly bullet holes) in his head lead them to believe that further investigation is warranted
