19-year-old Artur Gadzhiev was shot dead by police in a busy main street in Surgut, central Russia a few hours ago after he stabbed at least eight people in lone wolf terror attack. Dude pledged allegiance to ISIS.

Surgut qualifies as a city in the middle of nowhere. If ISIS is inspiring terrorist activity in a place like that, then no one on Earth is safe.
