What is that black disc on his back? Also, how do motorcycle taxis work? Where does the passenger sit? I can't see any sidecar attached to his cycle.

Lovely guy. Only 29 years old! He knows how to wear clothes and has rather stylish underwear. I hope someone sells it on eBay -- you could make a lot of money with those.
