At least six people were burnt alive tonight after a fire broke out in a high-rise building in Almaty, capital of Kazakhstan.

Police and paramedics are on the scene the fire broke out at Almaty Towers business center. More soon.

It's scary to be trapped. It's especially scary to be trapped in a high-rise that's on fire when you're wearing synthetic fabrics that will melt and stick to you.
