Woman picks her daughter's remains up after she was hit by a train

Hope this isn't a repost if it is I apologize.
Afyer numerous calls to and promises made by the authorities to take care of the matter of...well brain matter and various other parts and pieces left to lie where they fell.this poor lady was forced to pick up her daughter's remains in a ziplock baggie from the side of the tracks days after she was hit by a train.
Just horrible.
