A horrific murder scene and family drama today in Iztapalapa, a borough of Mexico City after a wife caught her husband having sex with another woman in their house and fatally stabbed him with a knife.
The young man bled to death and died completely naked on the floor.
Police took his girlfriend to hospital in a state of shock but she wasn't injured the wife admitted to the crime and was arrested.
