Two foreigners found dead on Libyan beach

A UK national is one of two foreigners found dead on a beach west of the Libyan capital of Tripoli, Britain's Foreign Office said Friday. The bodies were discovered on Tallil Seyahi Beach on the outskirts of the coastal city of Sabratha.

An initial police investigation shows the two were having a picnic in a somewhat remote area near a partially built resort.

Libya is not the place to have a picnic. It looks like they were ordered to assume a prone position, and then shot in the back of the head. I wonder if they were first told "Do as we say, and no one will get hurt".
