Transgender shot dead

Richard "Kokong" Agapay, who was transgender, was shot dead by unidentified gunmen at 10:15 PM last night, March 1, 2017, at Lapu-Lapu St., Kidapawan City, Cotabato, Philippines.

I can't find his Facebook account as of now.

"Transgender" can be a confusing word. I am often left wondering if it means the people thus identified just FEEL like the opposite sex, or if they have actually had surgery to make their bodies conform to their feelings. Richard certainly looks female here.
