Is that the deceased's phone number at the bottom of the one image? Maybe he put his photo and contact on Craigslist looking for sex...and whoever responded KILLED HIM! :O Has anyone dialed the number yet to see who answers? I'd be too scared, plus I'm too cheap to place an international call to a dead man. Of course, if I could read the language involved here, all of my questions would probably be answered -- never mind.
