This sort of thing ... well, it takes us all the way back to even before
medieval times beginning in the 5th Century !!

In this present time of high tech, the internet, smart phones, highly advanced health care, extremely sophisticated university and college studies, great leaps in agriculture and food production ... you name it, we are living in a very amazing age.

This sort of thing depicted here
... well, it is not even DARK AGES material, going back to the 1st Century!!!

WE are seeing such extreme barbarity here
... we are going back into the B C period !!

Absolutely inappropriate, outrageous, totally abhorrent, abominable and atrocious.

I cannot believe what I am seeing here;
extremely appalling, ghastly, stupefying and horrific !!



What is happening here?
How can we be way so advanced and highly sophisticated in every field ....
yet so totally primitive and nefarious??

I'm thinking the contradictions you point out have something to do with the existence of Evil (as opposed to Good). Wickedness and cruelty are not reserved solely for the backward and ignorant.
