For the past 2 weeks I have been restoring a video of men being shot dead. I have started to work on cleaning up the sound track, with very interesting results. The old sound track has been lifted out of the video, and the right and left tracks combined, and filtered to lift out any faint background sounds, which have then been 'clarified'. When it is completed it will be dropped back into the video, and resynchronised to match the images.
I thought our CDG members would find it interesting to hear the backround noises as the men are shot dead. This is a small extract of the restored sound track - listen very carefully - right from the first second interesting things can be heard.
In due course the restored video and completed sound track wil be posted in our 'secret room'
As you listen - use your imagingation to 'see' what is going on with each of the sounds. - Posted for the interest of our CDG members.
