I couldn't get any info on this guy, if he was shot from below and bullet went through his brain he is dead.

I believe that to be an exit wound judging from the hole going through the back of his tongue. I think he was shot in the back of the head. Therefore, he is already dead.

You never know. His brains aren't splattered out so perhaps he did live for a while. If you recall the Syrian (?) vid of the guy with his skull flopping over and he was still moving!
