Serial killer hid body-disposal kits around the US

34-yr-old Israel Keyes, who committed suicide in his Alaska jail cell, hid caches of weapons and body disposal materials at sites around the US to use in killings. He is believed to be responsible for at least 12 deaths, but many of his victims may never be known. He claims at least one of his victims was found but the death was ruled an accident. He targeted random people in parks and on hiking trails. When asked why he did it he replied, why not?
