Attilio Manca, 34 was a handsome and hairy Italian urologist who was found dead half naked in his bed onFebruary 11, 2004.
Manca was found dead in his flat at Viterbo, north of Rome but he was originally from Barcellona Pozzo, a small village on the island of Sicily, the heartland of the Mafia.
An autopsy conducted at the time revealed he had died from a lethal cocktail of heroin and tranquilisers which had been taken by injection.
His death was recorded as a suicide but his parents suspect foul play and have been campaigning since the inquest verdict for a new investigation.
