CCTV footage shows how 46-year-old Marilen Boulanger from France threw herself under the Moscow metro a few days ago as fellow commuters looked in horror.

Mrs Boulanger posted a suicide note on facebook before killing herself. She was recently divorced with two daughters.

So sad. I can't imagine how despondent one has to get to be able to take one's own life. I can only imagine that she was so in love with that handsome husband that when that ended for her, she felt that there was no other alternative. Anyone know what the suicide note said?

Her suicide note is on her facebook page but my French is not that advanced. I could never jump under the metro, I don't understand how anyone could do something like that. The train driver said she was hit sideways then dragged underneath the train.
