I'm going to create a worldwide chain of euthanasiums. Russia will no doubt be home to many franchises, and their rail system will benefit from the decrease in bodies on the tracks.

Would it not be more economical to use the railway tracks as your euthanasiums, since that's what most Russians seem to use them for already?

No, no, no...the purpose of my euthanasiums will be to eliminate the need for violent means of suicide, like diving onto railway tracks and jumping off rooftops. Cost will not be a factor (it will be provided free of charge to the poor, who are the ones mainly desirous of ending it all), and I don't care what methods people have been accustomed to. They will henceforth use my euthanasiums...OR ELSE.
