Too far away, unfortunately, but heres an idea for you. Find yourself a guy who is into breath control and enjoys being choked until he passes out, then being used for your pleasure while unconcious. Then you would have a much more real scenario, especially if you give him something to help extend the period he remains passed out and oblivious. You would expect New York to be buzzing with willing victims but I have come across very few victims here actually. As a matter of fact the only person who played dead for me was from Connecticut.
