Reports are coming in of another wave of mass executions in Syria and Iraq with nearly 1,000 people executed by Islamic State on Saturday.
More than 700 members of the al-Sheitaat tribe were either beheaded or shot to death yesterday for refusing to join the world's newest state.
Meanwhile in Iraq hundreds of Yazidi men were executed yesterday, women raped and children taken hostage.
Images have appeared online of beheaded children but we can't verify.
Islamic State have posted photos on the internet showing their flag over US military vehicles donated to the Iraqi Army and stolen by IS.
