Dead dirty, Mexico is closer, and they are more traditional when it comes to burning people alive, they strip them naked, tie them to a stake, a lamp post, or flag pole. The do still go for the short cut and use gasoline, diesel, or kerosene, but I've seen videos of them using good old fashion firewood.
