So frustrating eather you get those who want to dictate. How it will go or those who will do it how you want till it gets serious then they disappear

Based on my own conversations with him, I think he is frustrated from dealing with people who are either completely inflexible about their demands, or who agree to do whatever he wants done to him but disappear at the crucial juncture. Understandable...
