How come decent quality, full length, FEMALE autopsy videos r extremely rare to find?

And I'm talking about average to good looking females, not fat/old/ugly ones, there are tons of those.
There are literally thousands of decent quality, full length MALE autopsies, but females are virtually non existent.

I understand that this is a forum for guys, but i'm talking about the web in general, they are extremely hard to come by.
