Well I can get a good idea from the pics because I can't id some of the things on the body.
But
It looks like he was undresssed with the cuffs and the feet bound.
Not sure about bed sores.
His pants and his underwear was pulled down so there is an indication of possible rape.
there are no marks on his ass or blood from his butt so NOT sure if he was fucked or not.

Any idea of what he died from???? His sweater is covering his neck so I can't tell if he was strangled or not. No signs of external trama or wounds.

i think,he was arested (handcuffs) and escaped. As he was quicklly and long time running (sweet on the neck),from police. He got heart break.He got heart attack while he was preparing for shitting (pants down). Case cleared! Next case!
