Hailstorm in Saudi Arabia kills hundreds of sheep and lambs

An rare April hailstorm struck Saudi Arabia yesterday killing hundreds of sheep and lambs in the middle of the desert. Videos posted on YouTube showed people ducking for cover and some even tried to save the animals by taking them inside their cars.

If that hail could kill sheep, I suppose it could have killed people as well. I had no idea a country as hot as Saudi Arabia ever had such weather.
