Foreigner suffocated himself in Phuket, Thailand

A foreign man was found dead in Phuket, Thailand on February 2, 2017. It appears that he suffocated himself with the black plastic bag.

I don't understand how this could have happened. There are warnings printed on all plastic bags. Please people, read the label BEFORE putting any bag over your head. A plastic bag is NOT a toy.
