I agree medically speaking it is dangerous to consume the human brain and I would steer clear of the spinal column too. But the muscle, flesh and particularly the spleen, liver, portions of the lung and heart would be treated with preference and if fresh and warm might well be eatable raw, otherwise they would be either grilled or stirred fried with brocolli and carrots, with the penis and testicles serving as appetizers. Now I'm ready to eat.

I have read that our livers pull toxins out of our blood - this would fill a human's liver with human toxins - and a human eating that part (organ) could get sick. I think I would leave the liver alone.

Brains / Spinal column / liver / bones / skin - would definitely get dumped / discarded. All muscles would be tried - at least one time.

At least I don't think I have that big appetite ...
I think I will choose a portion to eat. Examples include the penis and testes. They are easier to remove from the body and easier to cook.
