Have you ever watched a cartoon and fantasized of seeing a certain character in such a gruesome yet sensual situation?
I do all the time.
This gentleman here is Hamegg from the 1982 Astroboy. He has been punished for being the greedy evil man that he is. His bladder and testicles were removed and placed on his forehead with a sharp knife. His head faces his lifeless body, still warm with fresh blood trickling down. The process until his death is for you to imagine : )

Wow really cool fantasy! Love that his bladder got ripped out a nailed to his head with his testicles.
