Body stolen from St. Charles Cemetery in Long Island, Suffolk cops say

Tuesday, August 24th 2010, 2:17 PM

It's gotten ghoulish at a Long Island cemetery, where someone appears to have stolen a body.
Suffolk County cops say the grave robbers busted into three crypts at the St. Charles Cemetery in East Farmingdale sometime between 6:30 p.m. Monday and 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.
In one mausoleum, they removed the casket. It was found empty when cemetery workers arrived Tuesday morning.
Police say they have contacted relatives of the deceased and notified them of the theft.
They did not identify the missing person, but sources say the body had been interred there for more than a decade.

found this story and had to laugh, this is where my family plot is
no joke...

The land must be cursed.

I'm afraid you're right m8
new evidence suggests it wasn't grave robbers busting in, but rather the corpse busting out
be careful, it could be on a plane right now...

HA HA HA HA!!! I wonder how it will get through customs? Security? But a 10 year old corpse? One would think he would stand out in a crowd! Like he goes to put his shoe in the security bin and the foot bone comes off with the shoe....

lol LT, you think of everything don't you?
well this corpse is very clever and has packed itself inside a crate
it should be landing in Bulgaria any minute...

A present for Meatpie perhaps?

maybe Meatpie is the present for the corpse?
may god help us all...

Not a single bone will remain.
