48-year-old messenger Mamerto Relacion was shot to death by security guard Michael Manatad after a confrontation just outside Cocomall at Osmeña Boulevard in Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines at around 3 PM today, August 4, 2017.

I can't find their Facebook accounts as of now.
