1 Fatal Accident, 3 Young Guys (High Quality vid)

Took place in northern region of Vietnam.
The accident involved a dump truck and several mopeds claimed atleast 2 young lives. A third victim is seen in the video breathing and was taken to the hospital moments later but it is unclear whether he survived or not

accidents like this happen on the daily. People are so used to it. If you look up any traffic accident in Vietnam, you'll always find a crowd of people gathering around. They show no shock at all lol. I've witnessed a few brutal accidents myself.
Beside, theres nothing they can do but wait for police and forensic team to arrive and take care of it
