The Church is probably campaigning for case 8, but I voted for 5 because of his courageous refusal to trim his pubic hair. I would have gone with 4, except for that shirt, which looks damp and unpleasant.

Is it possible you are confusing case numbers? I believe each number corresponds with the image ABOVE it, and Case 8 does not have a bloody face, while Case 9 does. Soooo, just be sure you are in synch when you vote.
