i was upload a very large collection od dead guys from syria ,i post the thread ,but when i click submite new thread ,i see a mesage ,''server is busy ,try again later'' wtf this shit ,every time i post a thread they say that That why now i don't post a lot in CDG

Does anyone else get the issue where the site is "to busy try again in a few minutes" about every half hour, and the issue resolves after about ten minutes of waiting? whats up with that?
