Disgusting. Not only the mutilation but the guys as well are gross.

I think cutting off genitals and stuff is hot but the mutilation and disfiguration is just nasty.

I know that some guys are in to genital abuse. But, that seems more like a circus freak show. I think someone would have to have a lot of deep rooted self hate to do some of those things.

One of the reasons I prefer to burn my butt is that doesn't damage my cock so I can enjoy the torture. Not into mutilation but I am into burning flesh, which is just as sick.
 
That was awesome to watch, and I've done some (comparatively minor!) CBT on guys before such as ball punching/squeezing/flogging, urethra insertions, pounding the testes w/ a rubber mallet and even inserting a heated glue gun into one guy's piss hole on one occasion. But, as Teddy said earlier, that level of pain is not for me although it is fun to watch. :)
