Young Man Killed in Flash Floods in Bulgaria

Torrential rain and thunderstorms caused flash floods in some parts of Bulgaria overnight and a young man was killed trying to cross a river that burst its banks.

The unusual monsoon-like rains began in May and haven't stopped since causing damage to property and infrastructure.

Too much heat, too much lightning, too much wind...now too much rain. It's always something. Where I live is under a flash flood watch right now. There is just no escaping Mother Nature, no matter where you are.
