This nasty accidented happened in Moscow today last day of 2019 when a group of friends climbed ontop of a train for fun when an electric arc from he high voltage overhead wires hit one of the boys badly burning his arm and legs.
The boy is alive but in serious condition in hospital and will undergo arm amputation on New Year's eve.
